Dear Bernie - thank you so much for your call regarding my recent order. I am so grateful for the effort you go to in helping me get it right. As a mum who just started to help out with the basketball club and now find myself ordering uniforms and doing team registrations I really appreciate you assistance. Your  attention to customer service is fantastic, you are always so willing to help and advise me and never make me feel like I am taking up to much of your time. I hope Proball realise how lucky they are to have someone like you dealing at the front line of customer service.
