It is wise to order extra uniforms if players are likely to be added. However Proball will accept later orders even if for ONE UNIFORM.- Can I request a basketball uniform sample?
Our clients find the photos on our website are clear enough to see the quality of Proball uniforms. Should you require samples to present to a potential large client, simply call to arrange a sample to be sent.- Can I request a sample basketball uniform of my actual order?
For medium to large orders we can produce a sample first and then email you a digital picture for your approval. Additional time would be required to complete your total order if you choose this option.- Will Proball assist with my design?

We have a wide variety of fabrics including the most popular for professional athletic wear like Dazzle, Pro Mesh, Shiny, Semi-cool, Air-Cool and Micro mesh. We also use cotton (for warms ups and baseball). We continuously update our fabric selections by offering the newest material in terms of trend and technology.- What kind of fabric should I choose?
Most people prefer dazzle or NBA mesh (high quality fabric with air-holes). Mock mesh is also most popular as it is hard wearing unlike dazzle that can occasionally pull threads.- What kind of fonts can I choose from?
We have the most popular fonts on our website. If you have a preferred font outside these please forward a copy and we can replicate.Tackle Twill is a process where letters, numbers, logos and designs are cut from polyester or rayon twill fabric that is sewn to a garment. An adhesive backing tacks the material in place and the edges are sewn with a zig-zag or satin stitch. Tackle Twill is primarily used for athletic lettering and is commonly found on the uniforms of professional sports teams.- What kind of sizes do you use?
We use a widely accepted Sizes Chart for all our basketball uniforms. Sizes include child small, child medium, child large, adult small, adult medium, adult large, adult XL, 2XL and 3XL. Larger sizes up to 6XL are available upon request for a small surcharge. Sizes are available in cms or inches.- Can I request for longer inseams or sleeve lengths?
Yes we can accommodate requests for longer inseams (shorts length) or sleeve length; be sure to include this in your order form.DELIVERY TIME- What is your delivery time?
Your custom-made basketball uniforms will arrive 3 - 4 weeks from your order date regardless of the size of your order.- Do you accept urgent orders?
If your order is needed in less than four weeks may be accepted from time to time. Please call us and we will advise if this is possible for your order.PRICING/PAYMENTS- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card or direct deposit into our bank account. Credit card payments can be processed over the phone or by fax. We pay our suppliers promptly to get better prices. We are able to pass on these to our clients as long as we also get prompt payment.- What are your payment terms?
50% of payment is required on placement of your order. The balance is payable prior to dispatch.- What is your return policy?
Because these uniforms are custom made, we can not accept returns or offer refunds. If however a defect is discovered, we will replace the uniform free of charge. Notification of the defect needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Pictures may be required for verification purposes.
